General Rules

★ My Characters

WARNING my profile/ocs contains topics of:- Unsettling themes
- Death, gore, body horror
- Manipulative themes
- Suggestive themesMy characters and stories are purely fictional and do NOT represent my actual mindset or views.

You Can:

  • Explore and create freely as long as it doesn't cross my personal boundaries

  • Use my art as Pfp, Banner, etc. (Credit not needed but appreciated in bio)

  • Draw / get or commision me artwork of my characters

  • Edit/trace art for practice / headcanons / edits / memes (with credit)

Do not:

  • Claim my designs as your own

  • Use my work for harmful propaganda/messages or personal beliefs

  • Use for commercial use; VTuber/Pngtuber, NFTs, Merchandise, etc

  • Make any NSFW or sexual content that is considered unlawful

  • Feed my art to AI

★ Artist & Client rights

I have the right to Deny any Commission if i am uncomfortable with the request or unsure if i can do what you ask of me, and not tolerate any sort of rudeness or disrespect.My commissions are Personal use only, as I reserve all rights to my own work. Commissions can be requested to be private.if there is something that is not mentioned here, feel free to ask!

★ Process & modifications

  • My life is hectic at times, so I do not do deadlines. I will try my best to get your art to you in a week or two. And will communicate if longer.

  • References, clear picture and instruction preferred so I can accurately create your vision

  • Optional updates with watermarks, do not be afraid to ask how the commission is going along You can see where I am at on my Trello

  • Revisions do not cost extra if I miss anything, otherwise make sure to communicate exactly what you want the first time.

★ Payment & Prices

  • USD payment through Ko-fi and/or Paypal.

  • Payment is upfront before any work is started, and after clear instructions.

  • Refunds 50/50, but a full refund is possible if I have not passed the sketch phase.

★ Ownership

Once bought, it is yours.- You can redesign my design however you'd like, but I still get all the credit for the OG design- Use this adopted character in any personal project, art, RPG, tabletop game, worldbuilding or story you'd like. As long as the art and design is properly credited.- Can use my design to be made into merchandise and comics and such but you must not use/include my art for this monetary.- Do not use my designs for harmful propaganda/messages.
